ABOUT AIPCC

AIPCC Energy was formed for the purpose of developing modular refineries, flare gas recovery units, gas processing plants, aromatic hydrocarbon processing, and other processes in the petrochemical value-chain.  AIPCC Energy is the sole owner of the fully operational 10000 bpd Edo Refinery located in Ologbo, Edo State, and the expansion 130,000 bpd refinery, in Koko, Delta State. AIPCC Energy is also expanding its Pan-African refining footprint by building two 30,000 bpd greenfield refineries in Eastern and Southern Africa.

Edo Refinery and Petrochemicals Company Limited (ERPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of AIPCC Energy Limited, is the sole owner and operator of the fully operational Edo Refinery located in Ologbo, Ikpoba Okha Local Government Area, Edo State. Developed in two trains of 1,000 barrels per day and 5,000 barrels per day, the refinery has been fully completed, commissioned, and operates under the supervision and approval of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA).

ERPC is recognized as one of the most efficient refineries in Nigeria, consistently achieving an operational capacity of 110% and an average utilization rate of 95%, as reflected in NMDPRA’s monthly reports. AIPCC Energy Limited is also the sole owner of the 130,000 barrels per day Koko Refinery in Koko, Delta State, and is wholly owned by its Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Michael Osime. This positions AIPCC Energy Limited as the only company currently in Nigeria with two separate, wholly owned refining assets. AIPCC Energy is also a pioneering shareholder in the NNPC joint venture, Oredo Refinery and Petrochemicals Company Limited.

Edo Refinery delivers a reliable and growing slate of high-quality petroleum products, including AGO (Diesel), Naphtha, Jet Fuel, Low Pour Fuel Oil (LPFO), and Residual Oil, with Asphalt production set to commence shortly—further strengthening its market position. Backed by the vision and ownership of Edo Refinery and AIPCC's Executive Chairman and CEO, Mr. Michael Osime, AIPCC Energy & ERPC operate as fully private, agile, and execution-driven energy companies, setting new benchmarks for efficiency, transparency, and performance in Nigeria's downstream sector.

Our company was established to proffer solutions to the challenges in the oil and gas processing and refining sector in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa and to provide a total solution for itself and clients from concept to delivery.  We work in a highly competitive field, so we’re constantly investing in technology and research to make sure we stay ahead of the curve.
