

ABOUT AIPCC
AIPCC Energy Limited is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of African Infrastructure Partners (AIP), a holding company set up to manage the business interests of AIPCC's Executive Chairman & CEO, Mr. Michael Osime, which include: Port & Road Infrastructure, Financial Services, Oil, Gas, Power, Fertilizer and Mining. AIPCC Energy was formed for the purpose of developing modular refineries, flare gas recovery units, gas processing plants, aromatic hydrocarbon processing, and other processes in the petrochemical value-chain. AIPCC Energy is the sole owner of the fully operational 6000 bpd Edo Refinery located in Ologbo, Edo State, and the expansion 80,000 bpd refinery, in Koko, Delta State. AIPCC Energy is also expanding its Pan-African refining footprint by building two 25,000 bpd greenfield refineries in Eastern and Southern Africa.
AIP and its affiliated businesses have developed, financed, delivered, and own several projects and businesses across both Africa and China. Our company was established to proffer solutions to the challenges in the oil and gas processing and refining sector in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa and to provide a total solution for itself and clients from concept to delivery.
